The Foxcroft is the farmhouse reimagined — clean lines, warm materials, and rooms that pull in the morning light. It's a home shaped around how you actually live, not how a builder thinks you should. Build it as shown — or customize to fit your lifestyle.

Step inside the Foxcroft and the first thing you feel is the light. Tall windows and an open, easy flow let morning sun move through the living spaces and out toward the rear of the home, so the whole house feels connected to the day. It's the kind of home where gathering happens naturally and quiet moments find their own corners. Not staged for a showing — designed for a life.

Here's what most people miss when they find the Foxcroft online: this isn't a house in a development, and it isn't tied to the address you saw on the listing — that's simply where the plan is anchored. The Foxcroft can be built on your own lot, or on a property we've identified across the DC metro. Paramount evaluates hundreds of lots, teardowns, and aging homes throughout the region for potential acquisition — the kind of groundwork that opens up possibilities most buyers never come across on their own. You're not buying someone else's house. You're building yours, on ground that fits your life. Tell us where you want to build.

Why the Foxcroft
  • Light-filled main level where morning sun moves through the living spaces — the kind of home that feels good before you've even had your coffee.
  • An effortless indoor-outdoor flow that makes weeknight dinners and weekend gatherings feel equally easy.
  • Warm, modern farmhouse materials chosen to match your lot — so the home belongs on your street, not someone else's.
  • Open gathering spaces paired with quiet corners, so the family can be together or apart without ever feeling on top of each other.
  • Finishes and layout tailored to your routines — built from the ground up by our in-house architectural and design team, with no two Paramount homes ever alike.

How New Home Pricing Works

This price is based on our Protos Specifications and includes an estimated land allowance. Your actual investment depends on the lot — yours or one we've identified — along with site conditions, home size, and finishes.

Build it exactly as shown or change every detail — the strategy call is where we put real numbers together based on your priorities.

Here's how the process works. It's three distinct phases, each with a purpose:

Phase 1

Design & Selections

This is where your home takes shape. Plans are created or modified by our in-house architects. You choose finishes, fixtures, and layout — or let our design team handle it for you.

Phase 2

Permitting

We submit your plans and manage the approval process with your local jurisdiction. This phase runs in the background while final details are locked in.

Phase 3

Construction

Your home is built. Every decision has already been made, and the build moves with purpose. Most homes are completed within 15 to 18 months from lot selection to move-in, though timelines can vary based on design complexity, client selections and decision-making, and local permitting.

Whether you want to choose every tile and finish yourself or let Paramount's design team handle the selections for you, we match the process to how you want to build.
