We start by defining your requirements for both the land and the home, including any return on investment considerations.

We begin posting addresses for available lots from two sources:

• • Public Listings
• • Paramount’s Private Wholesale Acquisition List

For the addresses you’re interested in:

• • Walk the Lot: Visit the site in person to assess its potential
• • Perform a Feasibility Study: Determine the exact buildable area of the lot

We create a concept plan on a site plan using one of three methods:

• • Select from our Paramount new home portfolio of over 700 plans we’ve designed and built
• • Modify an existing plan from this portfolio
• • Have our staff architect create a custom concept plan within 2 days

We provide an exact base home price based on our Standard Selection Package.

We create an interactive spreadsheet to explore options and upgrades, allowing you to see the impact of different choices on your total cost.

If you don’t like the lot, we repeat the process until you find the perfect property.
