How it happened
Our client got our name from her brother, who told her what we’d done for him. He had been searching for months with a Realtor and wasn’t making progress — unsure of what to do or where to buy.
Within two weeks of signing up with us, we showed him 40 properties across Bethesda, Arlington and McLean that met his filter. Our staff architect created a new home plan, detailed specifications, and an exact price to build the home drawn on the plans.
Suddenly the search and the decisions became easy.
We narrowed his search to a specific area in Bethesda, near the downtown business district. Another three weeks and twelve more properties from our private list led him to a great property on Glenwood Road — at a terrific price from a distressed seller. He now lives in our Mediterranean-style home, the Waneta.
