Our portal includes properties from two sources: publicly listed MLS properties meeting your criteria, and our private wholesale network of off-market opportunities from estate sales, relocations, and direct seller relationships.
Paramount Construction, Inc. is not a real estate brokerage. For any publicly-listed property you wish to pursue, you’ll work with a licensed real estate agent who will provide professional buyer representation throughout your transaction.
