Step inside the Conway and the first thing you notice isn't a feature — it's a feeling. The natural woodwork and honest materials give every room a sense of permanence, like the house has always known how to hold a quiet morning or a full table of people. Light moves through it differently as the day turns, and the rooms reward the everyday rather than just the special occasions. This is a home that feels settled and rooted from the first step — and it only gets richer as you live in it.

The Conway isn't tied to the address you saw online — that's simply where the listing is anchored. This plan can be built on your own lot or on a property we've identified anywhere across the DC metro, which means you're not buying someone else's house. You're building yours. Paramount evaluates hundreds of lots, teardowns, and aging homes across the region for potential acquisition, so there's more than one path to the right location. Tell us where you want to build.

Why the Conway
  • A first-floor suite that works for guests, aging parents, a live-in nanny, or the home office you actually want to spend your day in.
  • Warm, handcrafted woodwork and natural materials throughout — the kind of detail that makes a brand-new home feel like it has history.
  • Designed to live comfortably across all three levels, so the home grows with your family instead of forcing you to move when life changes.
  • Finishes tailored to the way you actually live — choose the kitchen, the millwork, and the materials that match your daily rhythm, not someone else's.
  • Quiet evenings and bright mornings built in — rooms positioned to catch natural light and create calm gathering spaces for the people who matter most.

How New Home Pricing Works

This price is based on our Protos Specifications and includes an estimated land allowance. Your actual investment depends on the lot — yours or one we've identified — along with site conditions, home size, and finishes.

Build it exactly as shown or change every detail — the strategy call is where we put real numbers together based on your priorities.

Here's how the process works. It's three distinct phases, each with a purpose:

Phase 1

Design & Selections

This is where your home takes shape. Plans are created or modified by our in-house architects. You choose finishes, fixtures, and layout — or let our design team handle it for you.

Phase 2

Permitting

We submit your plans and manage the approval process with your local jurisdiction. This phase runs in the background while final details are locked in.

Phase 3

Construction

Your home is built. Every decision has already been made, and the build moves with purpose. Most homes are completed within 15 to 18 months from lot selection to move-in, though timelines can vary based on design complexity, client selections and decision-making, and local permitting.

Whether you want to choose every tile and finish yourself or let Paramount's design team handle the selections for you, we match the process to how you want to build.
