The Home Building Process
Initial Consultation
We begin by understanding your vision, your lot, and your investment parameters. This is a working conversation — we’ll offer honest perspective on what’s achievable and where the real opportunities lie.
Design & Planning
Our design team develops preliminary plans and refines them with you. This stage includes material selections, elevation development, and the coordination needed to ensure your design is both beautiful and buildable.
Permitting & Approvals
We manage the full permitting process across all DC Metro jurisdictions. Our experience with local review boards means fewer delays and no surprises on your timeline.
Construction
Our construction teams work to a standard, not a schedule shortcut. You’ll receive regular updates and have direct access to your project manager throughout the entire build.
Final Walkthrough
Before we hand over keys, we walk the home with you in detail. Anything that doesn’t meet our standard — or yours — is addressed before closing. No exceptions.
Post-Construction Support
Our commitment doesn’t end at settlement. We stand behind our work and respond promptly to any issues that arise after move-in. You’ll always have someone to call.
