It’s critical to have a very good idea of what can be built on the property before you put any of your money at risk on the tear down lot.
If you hired experts to perform a Feasibility Study it could cost several thousands of dollars.
Next, we’ll layout a new home design on the survey or site plan.
You can choose from our portfolio of hundreds of new homes we’ve already designed and built or our in-house architectural staff will create a custom home plan just for you.
If you hired an architect to create a custom home concept plan it could cost up to $10,000 or more if you could find the same quality of architect we have on our staff.
