Step through the front door of the Brookstone and the whole house makes sense at once — that's the center hall doing its job. It's the layout Classic American homes were built on, reworked here for Modern living: one clear spine that puts every part of 5,606 square feet exactly where instinct says it should be. On a dinner-party night, guests find their way without a tour. On a Tuesday, five people move through the house without colliding. Order isn't a style choice in this plan — it's the architecture.
First, what Zillow gets wrong: the address you clicked isn't a development, and the Brookstone isn't tied to it. Paramount doesn't build neighborhoods of matching homes — we've built more than 700 across the DC metro, and no two are alike. There are two ways to build this one: on your lot, or on a property we've identified. Our acquisitions team evaluates hundreds of properties across the DC metro for potential acquisition — lots, teardowns, aging homes — research we do for our own purchasing, long before most buyers know a property exists. Tell us where you want to build.

This price is based on our Protos Specifications and includes an estimated land allowance. Your actual investment depends on the lot — yours or one we've identified — along with site conditions, home size, and finishes.
Build it exactly as shown or change every detail — the strategy call is where we put real numbers together based on your priorities.
Here's how the process works. It's three distinct phases, each with a purpose:
This is where your home takes shape. Plans are created or modified by our in-house architects. You choose finishes, fixtures, and layout — or let our design team handle it for you.
We submit your plans and manage the approval process with your local jurisdiction. This phase runs in the background while final details are locked in.
Your home is built. Every decision has already been made, and the build moves with purpose. Most homes are completed within 15 to 18 months from lot selection to move-in, though timelines can vary based on design complexity, client selections and decision-making, and local permitting.
Whether you want to choose every tile and finish yourself or let Paramount's design team handle the selections for you, we match the process to how you want to build.
