Hi, this is Rob Maggin with Paramount construction. I’ve got a phenomenal property I want to show you. It’s in McLean.
And I’m excited because we’re laying out a small contemporary home with a first floor bedroom. We’re getting lots of demand for contemporary homes and lots of demand for new homes with first floor bedrooms.
Price for the land and the new home to be built starts at $1.53 million.
And let me kind of go through the details.
But first, again, I’m Rob with Paramount construction.
We have a very large list of tear-down building lots and new homes in Arlington, McLean, Falls Church, Washington DC, and Chevy Chase.
And we focus on building in the best areas inside the beltway.
We’ve never designed and built the same house twice.
And every single plan or every single house we build is designed to fit exactly on the lot back to this property.
It’s in McLean. It is located near Kent Gardens elementary school.
The front door will face east and the property will feed into McLean High School and Longfellow Middle School.
Let me show you what we have on the boards right now on the plan.
And we’re very open to modifying the plan. Let me a couple things we have on the board right now. This is what we’re laying out. It is a version of our very popular Halbert contemporary home plan.
We’re showing a one car garage, but we’ve priced a two car garage and lots of different combinations for this. We can do different colors on the outside. This is a stucco material. We have optional stone we’re showing here we have this translucent garage door. That would be either one car or two car and let take a look at

How do you do this. Okay, there we go. Okay, I’m a little slow on the computer.
We adjust this here. So we’re showing the front door here would be the foyer and to the left would be a dining room to the right would be a coat closet.
And then this would open up to a very spacious family room. Kitchen all one open area.
This is a fireplace on the side.
And we’ve got all the back is glass, there would be an optional deck and that deck.
We’re showing it here, but it could actually go the whole width of the back.
And then as we come through the kitchen, this is a mudroom and then the bedroom it goes out into the two car garage. And as we come over to the right side we’re showing an area for an optional elevator.
And then a powder room with a bedroom or this could be an office but we’re showing a bedroom and this could be the bathroom in the closet.
We can expand this if you want it to be the master bedroom or just a bigger better but right now this is showing a guest bedroom and then you go up the stairs here and actually go down the stairs the lower level and here we go up the stairs. And we have the elevator right here.
As you come through the hallway. We’re showing 123 bedrooms, we can easily make this a fourth bedroom and we’re showing a master bathroom master suite back here with the big walk in closet. And again, very flexible on the design right now
we can make it bigger, we can make it smaller.
Lots of adjustments at this point are easy to make. And then we go down to the lower level we’re showing a laundry room and then we have an exercise room the elevators the first stop of the elevators right here we have a full bath and then a rec room could be a rental another rental with a separate entrance on this there’s because this particular lot is actually a walk out lower level be easy to get a second entrance in here and we’re showing an exercise room This could easily be a bedroom here we could push the laundry room back upstairs
