Country Club Hills Arlington

Country Club Hills

An elegant, quiet, and elite neighborhood, Country Club Hills gets its name from the Washington Golf and Country Club nearby. It is home to about 500 beautiful homes within the hills and tucked into the narrow streets. The older homes are an exciting mix of colonials, Tudors, Ramblers, and Cape Cods, mostly dating back to the 1950s. The newer homes are state-of-the-art mansions located on generous and beautifully landscaped lots.

The location is superb – with easy access to Georgetown via Glebe Road. It’s also close to the peace and tranquility of Jamestown Park, the lovely Gulf Branch Nature Center, and Marymount University.

This is an area of highly educated residents – CNN Money ranked Arlington as the most educated city in the USA in 2006, with 35.7% of residents holding a graduate degree. Young people living here will be well educated too – there are excellent schools in the area.

Jamestown Elementary School is the highest-rated public elementary school, Williamsburg Middle School is the top public middle school, and Yorktown High School is the highest-ranking school in the region, according to GreatSchools.
