A contemporary home where every room earns its light. The Culpeper is designed around openness — wide sightlines, oversized windows, and a floor plan that dissolves the boundaries between living, dining, and entertaining. Build it as shown — or customize to fit your lifestyle.

The Culpeper lives like a home twice its size — not because of square footage, but because of how the space connects. The main level flows as one continuous volume. Oversized windows bring the outside in from every angle. Upstairs, the primary suite is separated from the secondary bedrooms — a deliberate retreat, not just a bigger room.

The address you saw on Zillow is just where the listing is anchored — this isn't a development. The Culpeper can be built on your lot or on a property Paramount has identified for potential acquisition. We evaluate hundreds of lots, teardowns, and aging homes across the DC metro for potential acquisition. Tell us where you want to build.

Why the Culpeper
  • Main-floor living that actually works — cook, host, and keep an eye on the kids without leaving the room.
  • Contemporary windows sized for light, not just looks — every major room faces daylight so you're never reaching for a lamp before 5 PM.
  • A primary suite designed as a retreat — private, quiet, and scaled so both nightstands aren't touching the bed.
  • Five bedrooms that each feel intentional — guest room, home office, playroom, or all three. No hallway closets disguised as bedrooms.
  • Clean contemporary lines outside, warm open spaces inside — a home that photographs well and actually lives better.

How New Home Pricing Works

This price is based on our Protos Specifications and includes an estimated land allowance. Your actual investment depends on the lot — yours or one we've identified — along with site conditions, home size, and finishes.

Build it exactly as shown or change every detail — the strategy call is where we put real numbers together based on your priorities.

Here's how the process works. It's three distinct phases, each with a purpose:

Phase 1

Design & Selections

This is where your home takes shape. Plans are created or modified by our in-house architects. You choose finishes, fixtures, and layout — or let our design team handle it for you.

Phase 2

Permitting

We submit your plans and manage the approval process with your local jurisdiction. This phase runs in the background while final details are locked in.

Phase 3

Construction

Your home is built. Every decision has already been made, and the build moves with purpose. Most homes are completed within 15 to 18 months from lot selection to move-in, though timelines can vary based on design complexity, client selections and decision-making, and local permitting.

Whether you want to choose every tile and finish yourself or let Paramount's design team handle the selections for you, we match the process to how you want to build.
