8 Sophisticated Design Features In Our Brand New Traditional

1. Traditional Front Elevation
The traditional front elevation blends seamlessly into the Town of
Chevy Chase neighborhood.
The scale and proportion of this new home is in keeping with many of the
original homes built in the early 20th century in the Town of Chevy Chase.
The shutter, dentil cornice and decorative front portico design details
give the new home the traditional appearance of a classic colonial.

Three piece built up crown in the entry foyer, combined with a

finished with soft to the touch bronze hardware.
And a soft layered ceiling soffit helps transition and terminate the
wall cabinets to the ceiling seamlessly.
7. Master Bath Vanity Mirror
Capturing the built-in effect of custom mirrors and paneling this detail
also adds a framework for the lighting as well as creating a very sophisticated
focal point as your eyes are immediately drawn to the repeating rhythm
