Notice how the home lays out on the lot and notice how much space there is on the right
side to turn and navigate a car into the 3-car garage.
Now, check out the first floor plan.
First thing you’ll notice is the nice and open wrap around porch.
This is plenty long and deep enough to actually provide outdoor
hang-out space and enough room for a number of chairs and tables.
It’s also easy to substitute the windows in the music room with a
french double swing door. Imagine the circulation for entertaining
and parties.
And notice how the powder room is tucked away to a private space
