The Lenox is built around one idea: every room earns its place. The main level opens from a pro-grade kitchen and oversized island straight through to a stone fireplace and French doors to the yard — one continuous space that handles Tuesday dinner and Saturday entertaining without rearranging a thing. Upstairs, the owner's suite is separated enough to feel like a different house entirely — spa bath, walk-in closet with its own window, and the kind of quiet you forget is possible. Ironwork staircases, wainscoting, and hardwood floors come standard — not as upgrades.

The Lenox isn't tied to a neighborhood or a development — the address you saw on Zillow is just where the listing is anchored. This plan can be built on your lot anywhere across the DC metro, or on a property Paramount has identified. Paramount evaluates hundreds of lots, teardowns, and aging homes across the region for potential acquisition — it's how we find sites most buyers never knew existed. Whether you already own land or you're still looking, the first step is the same. Tell us where you want to build.

Why the Lenox
  • Kitchen island seats six and faces the family room — you're part of every conversation, not stuck behind a wall.
  • French doors open to the yard for three-season entertaining — inside and outside become one space.
  • Dual vanities in the owner's bath — side-by-side sinks, zero morning conflicts.
  • Wainscoting, crown molding, and ironwork staircases are standard — the details most builders charge extra for come included.
  • Stone, stucco, and rustic timber beams at the peaks — the Lenox has the kind of curb appeal that makes neighbors slow down and strangers ask who built it.

How New Home Pricing Works

The price you see includes an estimated land allowance. Your actual investment depends on the lot — yours or one we've identified — along with site conditions, home size, and finishes.

Build it exactly as shown or change every detail — the strategy call is where we put real numbers together based on your priorities.

Here's how the process works. It's three distinct phases, each with a purpose:

Phase 1

Design & Selections

This is where your home takes shape. Plans are created or modified by our in-house architects. You choose finishes, fixtures, and layout — or let our design team handle it for you.

Phase 2

Permitting

We submit your plans and manage the approval process with your local jurisdiction. This phase runs in the background while final details are locked in.

Phase 3

Construction

Your home is built. Every decision has already been made, and the build moves with purpose. Most homes are completed within 15 to 18 months from lot selection to move-in, though timelines can vary based on design complexity, client selections and decision-making, and local permitting.

Whether you want to choose every tile and finish yourself or let Paramount's design team handle the selections for you, we match the process to how you want to build.
