The Davidson is modern farmhouse with a quiet kind of confidence — clean gabled lines, warm natural materials, and rooms that hold the light from morning to evening. It feels less like a house you walk into and more like one that was waiting for you. Build it as shown — or customize to fit your lifestyle.

Step inside on a bright morning and you'll understand the Davidson in a single breath: the light arrives early, settles into the open living spaces, and stays. Sightlines stretch from the kitchen through the gathering areas and out toward the yard, so wherever you are, you feel connected to the rest of the home and the people in it. It's the kind of space that makes weeknights feel unhurried and weekends feel like they belong entirely to you. Nothing here is for show — every inch is shaped around the way you actually live.

Here's what matters most: the Davidson isn't tied to the address you saw online — that's simply where the listing was anchored. This plan is designed to be built where *you* want to live, and you have two ways to get there. Build it on a lot you already own, or build it on a property Paramount has identified across the DC metro. We're a builder that does its own homework — quietly evaluating hundreds of lots, teardowns, and aging homes throughout the region for potential acquisition. You're not buying someone else's house. You're building yours. Tell us where you want to build.

Why the Davidson
  • First-floor suite that works for visiting parents, a live-in nanny, or the home office that finally feels like a real room — with the flexibility to evolve as your family does.
  • An open kitchen-to-gathering flow designed for the way people actually congregate, so the cook is never cut off from the conversation, the homework, or the party.
  • Light-filled living spaces oriented to catch the morning sun and hold it through the day — the kind of natural light you can't add later and never stop noticing.
  • Warm, natural materials and clean gabled lines that read as timeless rather than trendy — a home that still looks right ten years from now.
  • Finishes selected around your routines, not a builder's default spec sheet — from the mudroom drop zone to the primary bath, tailored to how your household moves through the day.

How New Home Pricing Works

This price is based on our Protos Specifications and includes an estimated land allowance. Your actual investment depends on the lot — yours or one we've identified — along with site conditions, home size, and finishes.

Build it exactly as shown or change every detail — the strategy call is where we put real numbers together based on your priorities.

Here's how the process works. It's three distinct phases, each with a purpose:

Phase 1

Design & Selections

This is where your home takes shape. Plans are created or modified by our in-house architects. You choose finishes, fixtures, and layout — or let our design team handle it for you.

Phase 2

Permitting

We submit your plans and manage the approval process with your local jurisdiction. This phase runs in the background while final details are locked in.

Phase 3

Construction

Your home is built. Every decision has already been made, and the build moves with purpose. Most homes are completed within 15 to 18 months from lot selection to move-in, though timelines can vary based on design complexity, client selections and decision-making, and local permitting.

Whether you want to choose every tile and finish yourself or let Paramount's design team handle the selections for you, we match the process to how you want to build.
