If you are seeing this page, you have been hand selected out of our
large list of several thousand prospective buyers to learn more about a service
we offer to a select few people each year.

We have cultivated our own private list of property sellers in the Washington DC
area. Most of these properties are not in the MRIS/MLS, Redfin, Zillow, Trulia
or other real estate databases.

The properties are in Arlington, Chevy Chase, McLean, Bethesda, Falls Church,
Washington DC, Potomac, North Bethesda and Rockville. And many are just a 
few blocks to dining, shopping and metros.

We have so many properties on the list, we can not purchase even a fraction of
what we have.

So a few times a year, we will introduce a handful of people to our process and select a
few who we feel would enjoy working with 
us. 

Our requirements fairly simple and straight forward: 

1. You’re seriously in the new home market and plan on buying a new home or a
building lot, if you find the right property, within six to eight months.

2. You are easy to work with. Because we’ll be working together for atleast five
years or more through the new home warranty period, we want to make sure
that it’s a positive experience for all. 

3. Your budget is minimum of $1.2M or greater for the land and new home.

4. You’re willing and able to provide proof of financing or to pre-qualify
with our lender within the first few weeks
of working with us.
