CASE STUDY
Below is a video of the almost complete home (it is now completed and you
can see it here) at 5905 Aberdeen Road which was designed and built to fit
on this lot and to meet our clients
 exact requirements (we’ve never designed
or built the same home twice).

This gorgeous 14,800 flat square foot tear-down lot is an example of one of
the many properties in our inventory of building lots.

We stayed in touch with the prior owner for over 18 years and were able to pick
up the lot with no competition. 

Our client got our name from her brother who told her what
we did for him. 

Her brother had been searching for a property for several months with a Realtor
and was not making any progress. He came to us not sure of what he should do 
and where he should buy.

Within two weeks of signing up with us, we showed him 40 properties
(Bethesda, Arlington, McLean) which were on our private list and met his filter.

Our staff architect also created a new home plan, detailed specifications and calculated
an exact price to build the home drawn on the plans.

Armed with this new home design and cost information, all of the sudden
the search and decision making became very easy.

We then narrowed his search down to a specific area in Bethesda, close to
the downtown Bethesda business district.

It took another three weeks and another twelve properties from
our private Bethesda list for him to choose a great property on
Glenwood Road. And he got a terrific price from the distress seller.

He is now living in our Mediterranean style home, the Waneta.

So when his sister flew in to Bethesda from Bejing she already
knew what we could do for her.

In a three day period, we showed her several properties on our list
and she chose 5905 Aberdeen Road.
