This new home plan appeals to a growing portion of our Washington DC market, which
according to our research, is requesting 1st floor master suites more now than in prior years.
This plan prototype may be selected for our spring 2011 semi-custom home launch.

A great home for a narrow lot this 38 foot wide home is loaded with space inside. The foyer is well lit by the nearby stair that is bathed in light. The living room and formal dining share views across the width of the house. The study, family room and kitchen each enjoy great views to the rear yard. Upstairs you’ll find a master suite with a spacious bath and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms top of the second floor with two additional bathrooms. The laundry room is oversized and a bonus space is the loft at the top of the stairs that is accented by three transoms from the front of the house.
